1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using seven39, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access seven39 for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. User Conduct and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you post and activities you engage in on seven39. You agree not to use the service to:

• Post harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
• Post content that encourages self-harm or violence
• Engage in bullying, doxxing, or intimidation
• Spam or flood the platform
• Attempt to circumvent security measures

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. There is no tolerance for objectionable, abusive, or harassing content or users on seven39. You can report any post or reply (and block any user) from the in-app menus. We review reports and act on objectionable content or abusive users — removing the content and ejecting the offending user — within 24 hours.

We are committed to maintaining a safe community environment. Serious violations including threats, harassment, or content encouraging harm will be reported to appropriate authorities. We maintain detailed logs and will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

Your IP address, account information, and all posted content may be preserved and provided to authorities when required by law or when we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to protect the safety of our users or the public.

4. Security and Abuse Prevention

We collect and store IP addresses during registration and usage for security purposes, including:

• Preventing abuse and spam
• Enforcing bans and restrictions
• Protecting our community from harmful content

IP addresses are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes and may be retained longer if associated with violations of these terms. By using our service, you consent to this collection and processing of your IP address for these legitimate security interests.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, including temporary or permanent IP-based restrictions.

6. Operating Hours

seven39 operates only during specified hours (7:39 PM - 10:39 PM EST). Access outside these hours is limited.
