Delete Your seven39 Account

Delete from the app (fastest)

1. Open the seven39 app and make sure you're logged in.
2. Open the menu (top-right) and tap Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm in the dialog that appears.

Your account is signed out and deactivated immediately, and is permanently deleted after the grace period below.

Don't have the app?

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We'll verify ownership and delete your account, typically within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (username, email, bio, avatar/photo)
• All of your posts and replies
• Your likes, follows, poll votes, and notifications
• Your registered device(s) for push notifications

Data retention

• Grace period: your account is deactivated and inaccessible the moment you request deletion, and is permanently deleted after 7 days.
• Security logs: IP/abuse-prevention logs may be retained for up to 90 days, then deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Backups: residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
