Our zero-tolerance commitment

seven39 has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. The sexualization of minors, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any other endangerment of children is strictly prohibited and has no place on our platform. We are committed to detecting, removing, and reporting such content and conduct, and to cooperating fully with the authorities who combat it.

Prohibited conduct

Users may not use seven39 to create, upload, share, request, or facilitate:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized depiction of a minor
• Grooming, solicitation, or sexual communication with or about a minor
• Sextortion, trafficking, or any exploitation or endangerment of a child
• Links, contact information, or instructions that facilitate any of the above

How users can report

Every post and reply on seven39 has a Report option in its menu, which lets any user flag content — including suspected child safety violations — for review. Users can also block any other user from within the app. Reports can additionally be sent directly to [email protected].

How we respond

• We review reports of child safety violations and act promptly.
• We remove violating content and permanently terminate the accounts responsible.
• We preserve relevant evidence and report apparent CSAM to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, and to other regional and national authorities as required by law.
• We cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

Legal compliance

seven39 complies with all applicable child safety laws and reporting obligations in the jurisdictions where it operates, and reports to the relevant regional and national authorities, including NCMEC in the United States.
